The Leads Advantage is a division of Eldert Inc. and is part of a network of companies designed to support other organizations in meeting their business goals.  

Eldert Inc. is a small woman-owned business run by Tanya Eldert and incorporated in 2005 after being a sole-proprietorship for several years.  Tanya grew up working in the family's small business before graduating college with a degree in management.  She worked the next 15 years doing marketing and management for big corporations and non-profits before going back to her roots and starting her own business.
